SHIPPING
All pieces are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding major holidays). Once an order is processed, it is then handed off to the designated courier for delivery. Please check expected shipping time at checkout.
If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date, I will do our best to accommodate your request — please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to info@anao.co.uk
Orders will be shipped via special delivery unless specified otherwise. For international orders the customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
HANDLING
All items will be packed accordingly. We will make It a priority ensure your object or art arrives to you safely — If your order is a gift, we will make sure it is packed beautifully!
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you wish to return your piece, you will be responsible for packing the item safely to travel and also shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded. I do not offer refunds but can accommodate with a credit or exchange.
Please email info@anao.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
